#Purim is this week, a special time in the year a joyous Jewish festival celebration commemorating when the Sovereign Lord delivered Queen Esther and fellow Jews who, in the 5th century bce, were marked for death by their Persian rulers. The story is related in my favorite biblical Book, the Book of Esther.
